Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of the personal data SoukFox holds about you at any time. This page explains what we store and how to have it removed.

What data SoukFox holds

If you have signed in, we store a SoukFox account record containing your username, email address, market (country), and the deals, votes, and comments you have posted. SoukFox does not use Facebook Login — sign-in is via Google only — so we do not receive or store any Facebook profile data.

SoukFox uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for anonymous analytics. The pixel records page-view events tied to a browser cookie, not to your SoukFox account. You can stop this at any time (see “Opt out of Meta Pixel” below).

How to request account deletion

Email privacy@soukfox.com from the email address associated with your SoukFox account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will:

• Verify the request is from the account owner.
• Permanently delete your account record (username, email, market) and anonymise or remove your votes, comments, and posted deals.
• Confirm by email once deletion is complete.

We action verified requests within 30 days.

Opt out of Meta Pixel tracking

To stop SoukFox sending analytics events to Meta from your browser:

• Clear cookies for soukfox.com in your browser settings, and
• Adjust your ad preferences at Facebook’s ad-settings help page.
